A welcoming community gathering offering guided meditation, seasonal rituals, and compassionate space for authentic reflection and connection. Our circles will be themed based on seasons, moon cycles, and specific needs of the group. 

***The Sacred Women's Circles are scheduled based on capacity. 

Each session comes complete with pre-work questionnaire as well as a comprehensive post session write up. I will also cover post reiki energetic hygiene, hydration guidelines, what to expect and more.
