30-Minute Focused Reiki Session

Targeted Quantum Illumination Reiki focusing on one specific physical area of tension or emotional blockage to restore natural vitality. This will be a 1hr time commitment with a comprehensive 30min reiki session.

Each session comes complete with pre-work questionnaire as well as a comprehensive post session write up. I will also cover post reiki energetic hygiene, hydration guidelines, what to expect and more.
